 Harbor Point Care specializes in placements in Pierce and Kitsap counties.  In selecting a placement agency, consider an RN Professional Placement Service that will do the most complete job especially for people with medically complex issues.

Harbor Point Care's goal is to help you decide if an Adult Family Home is your best option. If so, I will introduce you to homes best suited to meet your family’s needs. Consultation fees are no cost to families or anyone seeking placement. 

Consultation includes:

• Evaluating the medical, psycho-social and physical level of care needed and desired
• Recommending appropriate Adult Family Homes
• Accompanying you to Adult Family Home interviews
• Advocating for your loved one during this transition
• Conducting post placement follow-up including Nurse Delegation (if needed)
• Initial phone consultation is free of charge. In most cases, when placement occurs, my fee is paid by the Adult Family Home.

As a Registered Nurse Delegator, I have the privilege of routinely observing the quality of care provided with my clients that already reside in AFH’s in this geographical area. Nurse Delegation provides training and oversight and a layer of support to caregivers to insure a resident’s safety and continuity of care. I endeavor to build trustworthy relationships with providers and caregivers working in this valuable industry.

This is a marked advantage that I have over other large placement agencies that are staffed with non-medical personnel or who do not have the medical background or experience that I have.

Any other placement agencies just would not be able to provide this level of knowledge, continuity of care and security for your loved one.
